Product description:

The liquid egg mixture is obtained bу thoroughly separating, filtering and homogenizing the whole egg followed by pasteurization of the product and its cooling.

Color yellow to orange. Taste and smell natural, egg-like, with no extraneous smell.

Dry substance, %  – at least 23.5
Fat, %  – at least 10.0
Protein, % – at least 10.0
Concentration of hydrogen ions, рН – at least 7.0

Packaging: 5/10/20 kg aseptic bags in cardboard boxes.  1 ООО kg aseptic bags in container.

Shelf life: max. 15 months at the maximum temperature of -18° С.
